Howard Bingham Construction

Dear Howard Bingham Company,
On July 1, 2002 my home was severally damaged, caused by an electrical fire. My son suggested your company to me, because
he had spoken with friends and was told about your quality of work. For that I am grateful.
I wanted to write you this letter and say, "Thank you." I recently moved back into my home. Rebuilding was something I just didn't
want to have to suffer through, but your workers, from your office personnel to your carpenters, have made the transition so
painless. I was included in all aspects and was kept informed and up to date on all the work you were doing on my home.
Your friendly staff were always so kind to discuss any question I had. Your company worked with my insurance representative and
that helped me more than you will ever know. You set a date for completion and kept to the schedule you had given me.
I find myself sitting in different rooms throughout my house and marveling at just how beautiful it is and the quality of work that has
gone into rebuilding it. Thank you for all your hard work. If I should be asked to recommend a good company by any of my friends
I won't hesitate to tell them about your great company,
Thank you again,

RE: Howard Bingham Construction
My family and I lost our home earlier this year due to a fire. The entire house needed to be rebuilt from the ground up. The day
after the fire, Steve Abbott was at our home helping us get organized while he explained the rebuilding process. He took us to
several homes that Howard Bingham Construction had worked on and met the owners. The quality of the work impressed us as
well as the high opinion his clients had of Steve and his crew of workers. Based on this information we made the decision to have
Howard Bingham Construction precede with the reconstruction of our house.
The original completion date was six months, but they finished in four! This was due to the fact that there were no delays with
contractors or sub-contractors. When Steve Abbott said work would be done on a certain area of the house it was always done on
time and professionally. My family and I visited the house every weekend and were amazed at the progress.
I would not hesitate to have Howard Bingham Construction remodel or build another house for us. They were very easy to work
with. If we had any questions or concerns to be addressed Steve, Howard, or Kristi were always available to discuss any issues
that we might have.
Thank you Howard Bingham Construction!!

Dear Steve Abbott,
We wanted to send you a note to let you know how much we appreciated all of your help with the tear down and replacement of
our stucco. As you know, having such extensive and invasive work done on one's home can be stressful. However, your
professionalism, courteousness, and approachable manner made the process less traumatic. Moreover, the quality of the work
you provide was clearly evident. Your attention to detail helped us feel confident that the job was being done right. We also
appreciated your being available to answer any questions and address any concerns promptly and thoroughly.

Dear Steve,
On behalf of my Wife Mary and myself I would like to express our appreciation for a job well done on our home repair project you
recently completed.
Your company and employees turned an untenable and stressful situation into a palatable experience. We had envisioned a total
nightmare of missed schedules and unsightly messes let alone a ruined summer.
When I met with you and we had put the final quote together I had a thorough understanding of the project scope, date of
completion, and the workmanship to expect. You were awarded the contract because you instilled a trust that we were comfortable
with.
In particular you were within a day of completion projections, your crew cleaned the premises on a daily basis, and the
workmanship was of the highest quality .... Like new.
Some of our neighbors, expecting the worst with stucco flying everywhere and a general mess in the neighborhood, commented
that the project was almost transparent. They were apparently fascinated watching the project go together even to the extent of
talking to some of your crew members and getting to know their names.
Thank you for your efforts. You have earned our respect and trust. You will be given first consideration for any other projects we
might have in the future.
Sincerely,
Craig xxxxxxx
Dear employees and friends of your company:
This is the kind of letter I hardly ever take the time to write, and I think you will be glad to share it with the whole office. In fact,
please do.
My wife and I are totally satisfied with the work you and all your subcontractors did, in fact more than satisfied. The hole in the wall
in the landing is totally invisible. I can't really even find any edges even knowing they must be there somewhere. The repair in the
garage looks nice too.
The big job, of course, was our basement window mounted in 8" or more of concrete. From the inside or the outside, it looks just
like part of the original house. They even coated the exposed concrete beside the stairs nicely. Once I get the landscaping done
out front, no one will ever suspect that the house wasn't built this way.
Furthermore, every contact I had with all of you -- every representative, office worker, and subcontractor -- was done with respect
and courtesy. I have my own little customer-service business, and I work for a company that sells directly to customers, and you
have met or exceeded all the standards I have come to know for good customer service.
My pleasure dealing with you,
Brian xxxxxx
We discovered Howard Bingham Company had done excellent work for many of our friends and neighbors. Upon asking them to
inspect our roof, Howard said, "it would easily last for many more years."
Years later we considered moving as our home was thirty-seven years old and needed remodeling. The Realtors that we asked to
sell our home all recommended we remodel. They all felt our view, lot size, and location would be impossible to find at a
reasonable price.
We then asked architects and contractors for their opinions of what we should do. Howard Bingham and Steve Abbott were the
most creative. We looked at their recent jobs. Their quality of workmanship was outstanding. You need to come see what they
did for us. We are delighted.
Respectfully,
Grant & Lodine
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
This letter will inform you of my experience with Howard Bingham Construction Co.
Howard has worked for me and my husband since 1967 and we have been very satisfied with his work. He has completed large
jobs - he finished the entire basement of our VERY large house - as well as smaller ones. Each has been done in a professional
and workmanlike manner.
Whenever we have had emergency situations Howard has always been readily available, even if it involved working on or repairing
something that he was not originally responsible for doing. When Howard was out of town, his associate, Steve Abbott, performed
every bit as well and promptly for us.
One of the particular advantages of working with Howard Bingham Construction Co. is their ability to make suggestions about what
a client may like, or may wish to consider. They also know where to send you to look at products and make a decision, e.g.,
wallpaper, tub surrounds, flooring, counter tops, etc. They stand behind their subcontractors' work, which is especially comforting.
I have found their pricing to be competitive and their are generally no surprises in their department.
I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Howard Bingham Construction Co. for whatever job the elect to bid.
Very truly yours,
Christine H. xxxx
